SHIPPING

We take pride in getting your order delivered as quickly as possible. All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Typically, it takes about 4-5 business days for U.S packages to be delivered but USPS does occasionally experience delays. We are NOT responsible for any of these USPS delays. If your tracking states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it please contact your local USPS for assistance.

We do offer international shipping! International shipping takes about 1-4 weeks to be delivered. We are not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that some international countries may charge. 

RETURNS & DAMAGES

​We accept returns 30 days after purchase. Just send us an email with your order number in the subject and we will send you a return label. After the item has shipped we will issue a refund. If your item is sent to you damaged please send us an email with your order number in the subject line along with a picture of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement. 

ADDRESS MISHAPS

Please make sure to fill out your full address, this includes your apartment number, house number, unit, etc. Safe Paws First-Aid is not responsible for failure to submit a sufficient address. If you have not received a confirmation email, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue otherwise there is no further action that can be taken.
